Who handles your data

[LEGAL NAME], reachable at hola@quienpatrocina.com, is responsible for the data you send through the Quién Patrocina form.

What we collect

• What you type in the form: name, work email, company or show, your profile, and the shows or brands you care about.
• Your answer to whether you would pay for a plan.

We do not use tracking cookies. We count visits in aggregate, without cookies.

What we use it for

• Sending you the report you ask for.
• Writing to you about the Quién Patrocina pilot, if you allow it.

The legal basis is the consent you give by sending the form. You can withdraw it at any time.

Who we share it with

Only the providers we need to run: Cloudflare, which hosts the site, receives and stores the form and notifies us by email (with Cloudflare Turnstile as the anti-bot check). We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Up to 12 months from your last contact with us, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction or portability of your data by writing to hola@quienpatrocina.com. If you think we have not respected your rights, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country (in Spain, the AEPD).

Where the sponsorship data comes from

The sponsorship data we show comes from public information each show publishes with its episodes: descriptions, notes and links. It contains no personal data about listeners.
