Who provides the service

What we offer

Free public data on Spanish-language podcast sponsorships under CC BY 4.0, and paid products for brands, agencies, networks and shows: Diagnostic, Brand Monitoring, Agency Plan, Pause, Sales Kit and Alerts, as described on Pricing. Public data is provided as is and may contain errors.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that apply where you are. We charge by card through Stripe and invoice from Veltora LLC. Monthly and annual plans renew automatically until you cancel; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

Delivery

We deliver the Diagnostic and the Sales Kit within 5 business days of receiving payment and the order details (brand or show, and competitors where relevant). Monitoring, the Agency Plan and Alerts arrive by email at each plan's frequency. The Agency Plan includes 40 placements a month; each extra placement costs US$10, billed the following month.

Refunds

If we don't deliver your Diagnostic within 5 business days of payment, we refund 100% of what you paid. Email hola@quienpatrocina.com and we refund it to the same payment method. Otherwise, plan periods already started are not refunded, except where consumer law that applies to you says otherwise.

Alerts success fee

If you choose Alerts with the success fee, you pay no subscription: you pay us 10% of the value of the first flight you close with a brand we introduced or flagged in an alert, within the following 6 months. Tell us when you close it and we invoice you once you've been paid.

How we verify

We combine automatic transcription with human review, and include the minute and the clip of each read so you can check it. Errors can happen; if you find one, we fix it at no cost. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Using the reports

You may use reports inside your company and share them with your clients; agencies may present them under their own brand. You may not resell the raw data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without prejudice to any non-waivable rights the law of your country gives you.
